Return Policy:

R.E.I. Tools offers a money back guarantee on all items if they are returned within 21 days of purchase. We require that the product be returned in original unused condition with undamaged packaging and with all certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product.

The customer shall not return products without R.E.I. Tools prior written approval. Please call

Ph: 03 9723 6168 to obtain your Goods Return Reference Number. Please make sure that returned goods sent back to us by Australia Post/Courier have been appropriately packaged. Further enclose a note explaining the reasons why you return the product.

If you simply have changed your mind and do not require the good/s any more R.E.I. Tools will not reimburse you for any return freight/postage charges.

Refunds are issued by way of cheque or credit voucher to the value of the refund. Please note that R.E.I. Tools reserves the right to repair damaged goods prior to offering any refund.

Shipping Details:

R.E.I. Tools will deliver goods by way of Australia Post or couriers. We will not dispatch goods to a PO Box. We require Name, Street Address, Suburb, State and Post Code for all deliveries.

We will deliver goods within 5 working days within Australia.
